Taian Aerospace Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Yuchai Joint Stock Co., Ltd. have jointly held a delivery ceremony for mining special vehicles at the Xiaodao Base in Qinghai. They delivered 4 mining special vehicles to users and signed more than 10 orders at the site.

This batch of vehicles is mainly used for open-pit coal mines, the mining area is about 4300 meters above sea level. Because this year's Taian Aerospace Vehicle Co., Ltd. is in short supply, there are more than 30 vehicles failing to hand over to the users according to the time of delivery. The vehicles have not been handed over to users in the near future.

According to the user, the mining special vehicle is tall and the engine can absorb cleaner air in the mining area where the air is relatively poor and the dust is relatively heavy, which helps to reduce the failure rate of the engine, thereby increasing the attendance rate of the vehicle. In the past, the main reason for not choosing mining dump trucks was that domestically produced mining vehicles were generally equipped with imported power, and the prices of complete vehicles and accessories were high. At the same time, they were worried about parts and after-sales services. The launch of special engines for Yuchai's mining vehicles has reduced the prices of vehicles and accessories for such vehicles and solved the problems of engine parts and after-sales services. Mining operations will be preferred for mining operations in the future.

Due to the good passability of mining vehicles, wetlands, depressions, mudslides and other harsh road conditions, the mining vehicles are suitable for large-scale projects in mining, water conservancy projects, and road construction, and have advantages such as attendance, work efficiency, and safety. The daily profit of mining special vehicles is more than twice that of ordinary construction vehicles. In recent years, the demand for mining vehicles has shown a steady growth. For this reason, Yuchai has specially tailored the professional version of the engine to the special working conditions of the mining special vehicles, filling the gaps in the dedicated engine for mining vehicles in China. The Yuchai mining truck special engine adopts the four-valve technology and the injector middle technology, which has the advantage of low fuel consumption. At present, the main models are YC6T and YC6M with power coverage of 280-600 hp.
