After cold shrink 2h, the outer diameter of the bushing and the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve are measured, and it is confirmed that the bushing has been fully cooled.
4, the two ring bolt is screwed into the sleeve top, with ring bolt and washer bushing connected in alignment, the eccentric sleeve top and eccentric sleeve hole, quickly shrink into the inner hole of the eccentric sleeve bushing, of groove and hole, pay attention to lubricating oil on the Bush hole must be with the corresponding the hole on the eccentric sleeve is completely on.
5. When the bushing is installed, the top of the bushing should be flat with the top of the eccentric sleeve. Then, according to the instructions of epoxy resin, the epoxy resin and the curing agent are mixed according to the ratio and operation requirements, and then poured into the groove of the eccentric sleeve and the top of the bushing. Before filling the locking packing, the eccentric sleeve and the epoxy resin locking filler should be controlled at room temperature 16-30 degrees. When the locking filler is completely hardened, the outstanding locking packing can be grind out.
