1, Bed casting: bed casting using HT200 materials, precision manufacturing processes resin sand casting, secondary aging, smooth surface appearance, good vibration absorption and less distortion

2, Control system: Mitsubishi PLC + position control module, dual servo control workpiece feed, Dresser compensation mechanism.

3, Feeding system: servo motor + ball screw + high precision and high rigidity cross roller guide rail, Guide way use grease lubrication. Feeding speed range in 0.001 – 10mm/sec. Feeding resolution ratio is 1μm. Repeated accuracy 0.001 (30 cycles). Ball screw use centralize lubrication

4, Grinding spindle: Adopt Precision Spindle Wheel line speed up to 60m / s. Wheel spindle runout and axial runout ≤ 3μm.

5, Cover: The cover 2mm steel plate closed.
